Trained examiners and accomplished business professionals performed a thorough assessment of their book and recommended it for the internationally recognized award from the Shingo Institute. The Shingo Institute is part of the Jon M. Huntsman School of Business at Utah State University. The authors will receive the award at the 26th Shingo International Conference occurring May 5-9, 2014 in Sandusky, Ohio.
